Terms of Use
Last updated:
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the developer of eLex ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Apple Standard EULA
Unless we provide a custom end-user license agreement, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your use of the app on Apple devices. You can read it here: Apple Standard EULA.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use, subject to these Terms and the app store's terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe others' rights while using the app;
- reverse-engineer, resell, or abuse the app or its infrastructure;
- interfere with the app's security or other users' use of it.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, billed through your Apple or Google account. For subscriptions:
- The title, length, and price of the subscription are shown before you buy.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the disclosed price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple or Google account settings, not in the app.
- Where offered, a free trial's length and the price after it are disclosed before you start; unused trial time is forfeited if you buy during the trial.
Payments are handled by Apple or Google under their terms; refunds are subject to their policies.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the app over time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the app at any time.
